Community Upskilling is inviting local residents to join us for Love Your Heart, a free cardiovascular awareness event focused on helping people understand their heart health and take simple steps towards a healthier lifestyle.

Heart and circulatory diseases cause one in four deaths in the UK, making awareness and early action especially important. During the event, participants will learn why it is important to know key health numbers, including blood pressure, and how everyday choices can support cardiovascular wellbeing.

The afternoon will include a guest speaker presentation and question-and-answer session, light exercise activities, a quiz, free healthy refreshments and complimentary blood pressure checks. It will also provide an opportunity for community members to meet others, learn together and enjoy a welcoming afternoon of movement and connection.
