Today’s English session focused on understanding formal and informal documents, letters and phrases. These practical skills can help learners communicate confidently, complete everyday tasks and manage life in the UK.

It was a valuable and engaging session, with plenty of interesting discussions and opportunities for everyone to share ideas, ask questions and practise their English.
Learning how to choose the right language for different situations supports our wider aim of giving community members, refugees and people seeking asylum the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to integrate into society.
A special thank you to Salford ESOL and the Refugee Welcome Programme for helping to make this session possible.
