On Saturday, we came together for a warm and meaningful wellbeing session filled with conversation, connection and cultural sharing.

Food played a special part in the day. We enjoyed an Afro-Euro-Asian fusion feast, including Congolese Mikate, Cantonese Siu Mai and a classic Greek Mezze spread. It was a lovely opportunity for men from different backgrounds to sit together, share stories, enjoy food and build friendships.
These moments of togetherness are important. They help reduce isolation, support mental wellbeing and create a stronger sense of belonging in our community.
A big thank you to everyone who attended and to our partners for supporting this important work.
