Wellbeing matters in Salford, and this afternoon was a wonderful reminder of the power of music, laughter and togetherness.

We had a joyful karaoke session filled with singing, smiles and plenty of laughter. It was a lovely opportunity for everyone to relax, socialise, build confidence and enjoy time together in a friendly and welcoming space.

Well done to everyone who took part. You made the day so special, and the energy in the room was unforgettable. Our ladies truly made us happy, and we could not stop laughing. What a day to remember.
