What a session! We are still feeling the positive energy after our latest Yoga Club meeting this past Saturday, 18th April. There is truly nothing like coming together as a community to focus on our physical and mental health, and we enjoyed every single minute of it.

Focusing on Body and Mind
The community room at Holm Court was filled with smiles and a shared sense of peace as we moved through our poses. For many of our members—including refugees and asylum seekers settling into life in Salford—wellbeing isn’t just about fitness; it’s about finding a moment of calm, building confidence, and connecting with others in a safe, welcoming environment.
As our banner says, Wellbeing Matters. Whether we were perfecting our stretches or simply sharing a breath together, the session reminded us how vital physical activity is for mental clarity and integration.
A Huge Thank You to Our Supporters
Events like this aren’t possible without the incredible generosity of our partners. We would like to extend a massive thank you to Sported, Cash4Clubs (C4CC), and Flutter UK & Ireland. Your support for our physical and mental wellbeing through yoga is making a tangible difference in people’s lives.
We also want to recognise the fantastic network of local organisations that stand alongside us. Thank you for your continued support:
