As the festive season approaches, we at Salford Community Upskilling CIC are preparing to celebrate with our wonderful community. However, we know that this year is different for many.

With rising costs and the ongoing cost of living crisis, many families in Greater Manchester are facing impossible choices. Too many parents are currently unable to afford both essential groceries and festive gifts for their children.

We believe every child deserves a moment of magic on Christmas morning, and no parent should have to worry about their child going without.

How You Can Help

We are launching an urgent Christmas Appeal for donations of toys and presents.

We are asking our network, local businesses, and kind-hearted individuals to donate gifts that we can pass on to the people in our community who need them most—including the migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, and digitally excluded individuals we support daily.

Whether it is a toy, a game, a book, or a festive treat, your contribution will go directly to a neighbor in need.
