At Salford Community Upskilling, our heart lies in supporting our local community. Whether you are a long-time resident, an asylum seeker, or a refugee, we believe that everyone deserves the tools, knowledge, and confidence to integrate fully into society.
We know that learning a language is about more than just textbooks and grammar; it is about connection, conversation, and community. That is why we are delighted to announce our upcoming English Cafe schedule for January through to March 2026!
More Than Just a Class
Our English Cafe is designed to be a welcoming space where you can improve your English language skills in a relaxed, friendly environment. Alongside standard lessons, we have included practical activities to make learning fun and relevant to daily life.
This term, we are particularly excited about our themed sessions:
- English Class – Cooking: Learn vocabulary related to food and preparation while sharing culinary traditions.
- English Class – Walking: Get active, explore the local area, and practice conversational English on the move.
Where and When?
All sessions will take place at Holm Court, M6 5FN.
Classes run on most Fridays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
