Salford Community Upskilling was pleased to be part of the GM=EqAl discussions on Equity by Design: Practice Through Lived Experience, alongside Salford CVS and Flourish CIC.

The session created an important space for community voices, voluntary sector organisations, and people with lived experience to come together, reflect, and share ideas about what genuine equity should look like in practice.

Being at the table matters. It allows us to speak from real experience, listen to others, and contribute to discussions that can help shape fairer services, stronger partnerships, and more inclusive decision-making across Greater Manchester.
