What a fantastic and impactful week here at Salford Community Upskilling! We’re thrilled to share two wonderful highlights with our community.
🚀 Our Digital Skills Training has officially launched! We kicked off our first session, welcoming participants to learn computing fundamentals and how to stay safe online. It was inspiring to see everyone so engaged and ready to learn.
This training is a key part of our “Bright Future” project, which is dedicated to empowering young migrants, asylum seekers, and refugees with the tools they need to thrive. A huge thank you to our incredible funders, Forever Manchester and the Bright Future Funds, for making these free IT and English classes a reality!
❤️ We also held our 2nd High Blood Pressure awareness session. Our commitment to the community goes beyond digital skills; it’s about holistic wellbeing. Providing access to vital health information is crucial, and we’re so grateful to everyone who attended and took a proactive step for their health.
