Wellbeing matters, and sometimes the simplest activities bring the greatest benefits.
Our community enjoyed a refreshing walk to Salford Quays, taking time to support our health and wellbeing while socialising, connecting and chatting together. It was a precious opportunity to enjoy the sunshine, share conversations, strengthen friendships and explore the beautiful surroundings of the Quays.

Walking is a simple but powerful way to support physical and mental health. It can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, obesity and type 2 diabetes, while also supporting weight management, confidence and overall wellbeing.
We are grateful to Sported, Cash4Clubs – C4CC and Flutter for this great opportunity and for supporting activities that bring our community together.
