Following on from the brilliant Live Well Festival, the momentum certainly didn’t stop there! We kept the community energy going with an absolutely packed digital skills workshop, hosted at the wonderful Salford Loaves and Fishes.

A Full House for Digital Inclusion
As you can see from the photos, it was a fantastic turnout! The room was buzzing with focus and collaboration as members of our community gathered around laptops to develop their vital IT skills. In today’s increasingly online world, breaking the digital divide is more important than ever. Whether it’s setting up an email address, learning how to safely browse the internet, or accessing essential services, these workshops provide a crucial lifeline.
The True Meaning of #CommunityEmpowerment
Perhaps the most inspiring and heartwarming part of the day was seeing exactly who was walking around the room offering guidance. A huge, heartfelt thank you goes out to our incredible volunteers.
Many of the brilliant individuals assisting at this workshop were once learners in our very own classrooms! Seeing them come full circle—taking the digital skills they’ve learnt and using them to help uplift others—is the absolute definition of #communityempowerment. We couldn’t be prouder of their journey from learners to confident leaders, helping their peers break down barriers.
