Celebrating Two Years of Community and Growth: You’re Invited to Our 2nd Anniversary!

Can you believe it? It has already been two incredible years since Salford Community Upskilling began its journey.

What started as a mission to empower vulnerable residents, asylum seekers, and refugees has blossomed into a vibrant hub of friendship, learning, and support. Now, it is time to mark this milestone the only way we know how—together.

A Journey Shared

Over the last 24 months, we have had the absolute privilege of walking alongside so many of you. This journey has been one of “trials and errors,” but it is a journey we have successfully made together.

We want to celebrate everyone who has been touched by our work. Perhaps you have joined us for:

  • English language classes to find your voice in a new community.
  • Digital skills training to navigate the modern world with confidence.
  • Wellbeing sessions to find peace and support.
  • Befriending and building lifelong friendships.
  • Support services, including help with housing, benefits, advocacy, and online forms.
  • Or perhaps you received one of our gifted SIM cards to stay connected to loved ones.

Whatever role you played—whether you were a participant, a volunteer, or a supporter—you are the heartbeat of this organisation.

We are thrilled to invite you to our 2nd Year Anniversary Celebration. Let’s raise a toast to the past two years and look forward to the future!
