At Salford Community Upskilling, we are truly humbled by the opportunity to support our community with vital food provision during this festival period. Thanks to the incredible support of Neighbourly, Aldi UK, and Lidl GB, we were able to reach far beyond our expectations—supporting not only our immediate local community, but many others across Salford who needed a helping hand.

What started as planned community support quickly grew into something much bigger. The generosity shown through surplus food donations meant we were able to help more individuals and families than anticipated. While the demand reminded us that we can only do so much, it also reinforced why this work matters so deeply.

Every crate of fresh produce, every loaf of bread, and every shared smile reflected the power of collaboration and community spirit. As the saying goes—every little helps, and together, those little acts make a big difference.
